After placing the order and payment, the product will be shipped within 1-2 working days (except for pre-orders). The delivery is not limited to the order amount.

How much is free shipping? 🛒

1) Self-collection at the store - G/F, 28A Cheung Sha Wan Road, Prince Edward

2) Free shipping on orders over $499 after discount, standard logistics delivery (dry goods room temperature products) **Chocolate/some products may melt!
3) Free shipping on frozen orders over $599 (only available at a single temperature of -18°C)

4) Free shipping on orders over $800 after discount , delivered via temperature-controlled logistics. (Refrigerated items -18°C + Dry goods + Cheese/Cottage cheese) "Frozen items will be shipped in the same package as room temperature items (0-4°C)"

1️⃣ Free pick up at the store
2️⃣SF Express Cash on Delivery - (The website will not charge the shipping fee at checkout, and the customer will be charged the shipping fee by SF Express when receiving the goods)
3️⃣ Instant Gogovan Cash on Delivery (the website will not charge the shipping fee at checkout, and the Lalamove driver will collect the shipping fee when the customer receives the goods)
4️⃣ Instant Lalamove Cash on Delivery (the website will not charge shipping fees at checkout, and the Lalamove driver will collect the shipping fees when the customer receives the goods)

We only deliver to certain areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday, except during holidays or due to inclement weather. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered merchandise from our store. We will not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.

  • We will deliver your ordered merchandise to the delivery address you provide, either through our staff or a third-party courier. When you confirm receipt of the merchandise, you agree to provide photo identification upon request. The merchandise is deemed delivered to and accepted by you when it is delivered to the delivery address you provide. If you are unable to receive the merchandise for any reason, you agree and accept that we reserve the right, at our option, to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.
  • Once the merchandise you purchased has been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the merchandise. Once the merchandise has been delivered to you, you will hold the merchandise at your own risk and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
